Advanced Drainage Systems (NYSE: WMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2022, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of February 28, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.4 percent.
