Peoples Financial Services Corp. (NASDAQ: PFIS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share, or $1.56 annualized. This is a 2.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.38.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2022, to stockholders of record on February 28, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of February 25, 2022.
