Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (NYSE: FIS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized. This is a 20.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.39.

The dividend will be payable on March 25, 2022, to stockholders of record on March 11, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of March 10, 2022.
