East-West Bancorp (NASDAQ: EWBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized. This is a 21.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.33.

The dividend will be payable on February 22, 2022, to stockholders of record on February 7, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of February 4, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
