Fidelity D&D Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: FDBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share, or $1.32 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2022, to stockholders of record on February 17, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of February 16, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
