Washington Trust Bancorp (NASDAQ: WASH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.54 per share, or $2.16 annualized. This is a 3.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.52.

The dividend will be payable on January 7, 2022, to stockholders of record on January 3, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of December 31, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.9 percent.
