Mid-America Apartment (NYSE: MAA) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.0875 per share, or $4.35 annualized. This is a 6.1% increase from the prior dividend of $1.025.

The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2022, to stockholders of record on January 14, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of January 13, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
