Franchise Group (NASDAQ: FRG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.625 per share, or $2.5 annualized. This is a 66.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.375.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2022, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2021.
