Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.94 per share, or $7.76 annualized. This is a 10.2% increase from the prior dividend of $1.76.

The dividend will be payable on March 8, 2022, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of February 14, 2022.
