Eastgroup Properties (EGP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 22.2% to $1.10; 2.2% Yield

Eastgroup Properties (NYSE: EGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.10 per share, or $4.4 annualized. This is a 22.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.90.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2022, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
