Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE: FCPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3325 per share, or $1.33 annualized. This is a 4.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.3175.

The dividend will be payable on January 14, 2022, to stockholders of record on January 3, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of December 31, 2021.
