United Bankshares (UBSI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.9% to $0.36; 3.8% Yield

United Bankshares (NASDAQ: UBSI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share, or $1.44 annualized. This is a 2.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.

The dividend will be payable on January 3, 2022, to stockholders of record on December 2, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of December 1, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
