Privia Health Group Inc (PRVA) PT Raised to $35 at Cowen

Cowen analyst Gary Taylor raised the price target on Privia Health Group Inc (NASDAQ: PRVA) to $35.00 (from $31.00) while maintaining a Market Perform rating.

The analyst commented, "PRVA reported solid 3Q21 results that looked to be at least modestly above expectations excluding some movement of VBC earnings from 4Q into 3Q and earlier close of Bass. We are moderately increasing 2021/22/23 adjusted EBITDA from $38/58/82m to $41/63/87m and raising our 2022 YE PT from $31 to $35 using the same 60x target EV/EBITDA-NCI."
