Malaga Financial Corporation (OTC: MLGF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 4, 2022, to stockholders of record on December 17, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of December 16, 2021.

The company also announced a special dividend of 5% payable on or about December 30, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 17, 2021
