Silicon Motion Technology (NASDAQ: SIMO) declared an annual dividend of $2.00 per share, or $2 annualized. This is a 42.9% increase from the prior dividend of $1.40.

The dividend will be payable on November 24, 2021, to stockholders of record on November 10, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of November 9, 2021.
