Life Storage (NYSE: LSI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.86 per share, or $3.44 annualized. This is a 16.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.74.

The dividend will be payable on October 26, 2021, to stockholders of record on October 13, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of October 12, 2021.
