Columbia Banking System (NASDAQ: COLB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.28.

The dividend will be payable on October 27, 2021, to stockholders of record on October 13, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of October 12, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
