Itron (ITRI) Misses Q2 EPS by 20c, Slashes FY EPS Guidance

Itron (NASDAQ: ITRI) reported Q2 EPS of $0.28, $0.20 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $489 million versus the consensus estimate of $535.91 million.

GUIDANCE:

Itron sees FY2021 EPS of $1.00-$1.50, versus the consensus of $2.42. Itron sees FY2021 revenue of $2.05-2.15 billion, versus the consensus of $2.26 billion.

• Revenue between $2.05 to $2.15 billion vs. previous guidance of $2.23 to $2.33 billion
• Non-GAAP diluted EPS between $1.00 to $1.50 vs. previous guidance of $2.30 to $2.70
