Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.805 per share, or $3.22 annualized. This is a 3.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.78.

The dividend will be payable on September 3, 2021, to stockholders of record on August 20, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of August 19, 2021.
