Cousins Properties (CUZ) PT Raised to $44 at Baird

Baird analyst David Rodgers raised the price target on Cousins Properties (NYSE: CUZ) to $44.00 (from $42.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.

The analyst commented, "We remain positive on the recovery of Office fundamentals through the end of the year. CUZ is well positioned as lease volume has re-acclerated for high-quality buildings in growing Sunbelt-migration markets with new leases now back to ~75% of total volume. The recent investment activity not only proves to be FFO accretive but also provides the company with opportunities to create investor value through at least two near-term developments and future rights for expansion. CUZ remains a top idea."
