Merck (MRK) Misses Q2 EPS by 17c, Guidance Comes in Light

Merck (NYSE: MRK) reported Q2 EPS of $1.31, $0.17 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $11.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $11.7 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Merck sees FY2021 EPS of $5.47-$5.57, versus the consensus of $6.15. Merck sees FY2021 revenue of $46.4-47.4 billion, versus the consensus of $48.6 billion.
