Walgreens Boots Alliance (NASDAQ: WBA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4775 per share, or $1.91 annualized. This is a 2.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.4675.

The dividend will be payable on September 10, 2021, to stockholders of record on August 20, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of August 19, 2021.
