Cummins (NYSE: CMI) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.45 per share, or $5.8 annualized. This is a 7.4% increase from the prior dividend of $1.35.

The dividend will be payable on September 2, 2021, to stockholders of record on August 20, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of August 19, 2021.
