Simon Property Group (SPG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.7% to $1.40; 4.5% Yield

Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.40 per share, or $5.6 annualized. This is a 7.7% increase from the prior dividend of $1.30.

The dividend will be payable on July 23, 2021, to stockholders of record on July 2, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of July 1, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
