W.R. Berkley (WRB) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.3% to $0.13; 0.7% Yield + Announces $0.5 Special Dividend

W.R. Berkley (NYSE: WRB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.12.

The dividend will be payable on July 6, 2021, to stockholders of record on June 25, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of June 24, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.7 percent.

The Company also a special dividend of $0.50, payable on July 6, 2021, to stockholders of record on June 25, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of June 24, 2021
