SEI Investments (SEIC) Declares $0.37 Dividend; Increases Share Repurchase Program by $250M

SEI Investments (NASDAQ: SEIC) declared a special dividend of $0.37 per share. The dividend will be payable on June 22, 2021, to stockholders of record on June 14, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of June 11, 2021. The annual yield on the dividend is 0.6 percent.

The Board of Directors of SEI Investments Company also approved an increase in its stock repurchase program by an additional $250 million, increasing the available authorization under the program to approximately $316 million.
