Doma Holdings Reports Q1 Loss of $1.05/sh (CAP)

Doma Holdings reported Q1 EPS of ($1.05), versus ($1.58) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $128 million, versus $71 million reported last year.

• This news comes on the heels of Doma entering into a business combination agreement in March 2021 with Capitol Investment Corp. V (NYSE: CAP, CAP WS and CAP.U) (“Capitol”), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company.
