Zscaler (ZS) Tops Q3 EPS by 8c, Offers Q4 Guidance

Zscaler (NASDAQ: ZS) reported Q3 EPS of $0.15, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $176.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $163.71 million.

GUIDANCE:

Zscaler sees Q4 2021 EPS of $0.08-$0.09, versus the consensus of $0.09. Zscaler sees Q4 2021 revenue of $185-187 million, versus the consensus of $173.9 million.

For the full year fiscal 2021:

• Total revenue of $660 million to $664 million
• Calculated billings of $878 million to $880 million
• Non-GAAP income from operations of $71 million to $72 million
• Non-GAAP net income per share of $0.47, assuming approximately 145 million common shares outstanding
