Gaming and Leisure Properties (NASDAQ: GLPI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.67 per share, or $2.68 annualized. This is a 3.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.65.

The dividend will be payable on June 25, 2021, to stockholders of record on June 11, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of June 10, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.9 percent.
