Chubb Corp. (NYSE: CB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.80 per share, or $3.2 annualized. This is a 2.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.78.

The dividend will be payable on June 9, 2021, to stockholders of record on June 18, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of June 17, 2021.
