Curtiss-Wright (NYSE: CW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on July 2, 2021, to stockholders of record on June 18, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of June 17, 2021.
