MKS Instruments (MKSI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10% to $0.22; 0.5% Yield

MKS Instruments (NASDAQ: MKSI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.

The dividend will be payable on June 11, 2021, to stockholders of record on May 31, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of May 27, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.5 percent.
