Progressive Corp. (PGR) Declares $0.10 Quarterly Dividend; Approves $25M Buyback

Progressive Corp. (NYSE: PGR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2021, to stockholders of record on July 7, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of July 6, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.4 percent.

The Board also renewed the Company's authorization to repurchase up to 25 million of its common shares. This authorization, which does not have an expiration date, replaced the prior authorization, which was terminated.
