ANSYS (ANSS) Tops Q1 EPS by 28c

ANSYS (NASDAQ: ANSS) reported Q1 EPS of $1.12, $0.28 better than the analyst estimate of $0.84. Revenue for the quarter came in at $372.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $352.7 million.

GUIDANCE:

ANSYS sees Q2 2021 EPS of $1.43-$1.67, versus the consensus of $1.57. ANSYS sees Q2 2021 revenue of $415-445 million, versus the consensus of $430.66 million.

ANSYS sees FY2021 EPS of $6.69-$7.10, versus the consensus of $6.76. ANSYS sees FY2021 revenue of $1.81-1.875 billion, versus the consensus of $1.85 billion.
