Baxter (BAX) Tops Q1 EPS by 11c, Offers FY Guidance

Baxter (NYSE: BAX) reported Q1 EPS of $0.76, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.9 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Baxter sees FY2021 EPS of $3.47-$3.55, versus the consensus of $3.40.

• Baxter expects full-year 2021 sales growth of 8% to 9% on a reported basis, 5% to 6% on a constant currency basis and 4% to 5% on an operational basis
