Continental Resources (NYSE: CLR) reinstated and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized. This is double the prior dividend.
The dividend will be payable on May 24, 2021, to stockholders of record on May 10, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of May 7, 2021.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
