Grainger (NYSE: GWW) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.62 per share, or $6.48 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $1.53.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2021, to stockholders of record on May 10, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of May 7, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
