Evercore (NYSE: EVR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.68 per share, or $2.72 annualized. This is an 11.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.61.

The dividend will be payable on June 11, 2021, to stockholders of record on May 28, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of May 27, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
