Bank of Princeton (BPRN) Raises Quarterly Dividend 50% to $0.18; 2.8% Yield

Bank of Princeton (NASDAQ: BPRN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 50% increase from the prior dividend of $0.12.

The dividend will be payable on May 28, 2021, to stockholders of record on May 7, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of May 6, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
