NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.54 per share, or $2.16 annualized. This is a 10.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.49.

The dividend will be payable on June 25, 2021, to stockholders of record on June 11, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of June 10, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
