Piper Sandler analyst Alexander Goldfarb reiterated an Overweight rating and $115.00 price target on Howard Hughes Corp (NYSE: HHC) ahead of Wednesday's virtual investor day as the migration from Coasts
to Sunbelt and Hawaii and demand for housing play squarely into the company's strategy.
The analyst stated "With the economy recovering and much of HHC's portfolio getting back towards full operation, the reopening of its Minor League baseball team - The Las Vegas Aviators ($8m contribution in 2019) - along with its restaurants at the Seaport and elsewhere are the final phases to restore the P&L. The rapid pace of vaccinations is clearly a positive and thus we believe could provide upside to 2021."
