Medical Properties Trust (NYSE: MPW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on April 8, 2021, to stockholders of record on March 18, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of March 17, 2021.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.2 percent.
