Washington Trust Bancorp (NASDAQ: WASH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per share, or $2.08 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.51.

The dividend will be payable on January 8, 2021, to stockholders of record on January 4, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of December 31, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
