New Residential Investment (NRZ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 33.3% to $0.20; 8.3% Yield

New Residential Investment (NYSE: NRZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 33.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on January 29, 2021, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.3 percent.
