Rosenblatt analyst Hans Mosesmann raised the price target on Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC) to $50.00 (from $40.00) after hosting an investor video conference call with CEO, Jim Anderson, and CFO, Sherri Luther, that offered insights into the company's growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and product execution.
The analyst reiterated a Buy rating on the belief that the company has a competitive edge that is both broad and deep. He stated "Lattice's increased investment in application specific software stacks allows for innovation and gives the company a competitive advantage that we believe the competition can't match. In addition, the company's strategy to increase the number of new products it is bringing to market and expand its portfolio (which the company is executing very well), as well as focus on strategic growth areas (5G and Servers), we feel is significant and may be overlooked by investors".
