Packaging Corp. (NYSE: PKG) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.00 per share, or $4 annualized. This is a 26.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.79.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2021, to stockholders of record on December 21, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of December 18, 2020.
