Mid-America Apartment (NYSE: MAA) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.025 per share, or $4.1 annualized. This is a 2.5% increase from the prior dividend of $1.00.

The dividend will be payable on January 29, 2021, to stockholders of record on January 15, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of January 14, 2021.
