ServiceNow (NOW) Tops Q3 EPS by 18c, Sub Revenue Rises 31%; Raises Guidance

ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) reported Q3 EPS of $1.21, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $1.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.15 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.11 billion. Subscription revenues of $1,091 million in Q3 2020, representing 31% year-over-year growth, 29% adjusted for constant currency
