Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.565 per share, or $2.26 annualized. This is a 5.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.535.

The dividend will be payable on December 1, 2020, to stockholders of record on November 17, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of November 16, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
