Middlesex Water (MSEX) Raises Annual Dividend 6.3% to $0.2725; 0.4% Yield

Middlesex Water (NASDAQ: MSEX) declared an annual dividend of $0.2725 per share, or $0.2725 annualized. This is a 6.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25625. The dividend will be payable on December 1, 2020, to stockholders of record on November 13, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of November 12, 2020. The annual yield on the dividend is 0.4 percent.

“We are pleased that despite the operational challenges posed by the ongoing pandemic, the prudent management of our operations by an extraordinary group of people has enabled us to increase the dividend,” said Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Dennis W. Doll.
